Some products offered by Kiyoma Verse are part of The Verse Membership, a recurring subscription that delivers an exclusive mystery phone case every 3 months.

By purchasing, you agree to the following terms:

How It Works

  • Each drop features a unique, unreleased mystery design

  • Designs are not previewed and are exclusive to members only

  • No repeats — every drop is different

Billing & Renewals

  • Your subscription will automatically renew every 3 months

  • You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle

  • Payment details are stored securely and billed automatically

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date

  • Once a renewal has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded

Refunds & Returns (Membership Orders)

  • Because each case is a mystery design and made specifically for members, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on design preference

  • We also do not offer refunds for active or renewed subscription periods

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your case arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost. No return is required.
