Thank you for being part of Kiyoma Verse. Every case is created with intention and produced in limited, exclusive drops.

Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect phone model selected

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

We strongly recommend double-checking your phone model before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at studio@kiyomaverse.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will send a free replacement as quickly as possible.
You will not need to return the original item.


Important Notes

  • Items must be unused

  • Claims submitted after 3 days may not be accepted

  • Each case is inspected, but minor variations may occur due to the production process
